Project Case Study: EcoWorld Brentford Development

Client/Organisation: EcoWorld London & Network Rail

The EcoWorld London regeneration around Brentford Community Stadium (Kew Bridge) was delivered on one of the most constrained sites in West London, a triangular parcel of land bordered on all sides by live railway infrastructure. The development, incorporating the new stadium, residential plots, and associated infrastructure, demanded extensive collaboration with Network Rail and multiple contractors to ensure safe, compliant access throughout construction.

PBH Planning played a key role in supporting these works, providing comprehensive rail access and possession planning services across the programme. Our team managed the coordination of possessions, line blocks, and Safe Work Packs (SWPs) to facilitate works adjacent to the South Western Main Line and Kew Bridge Station, ensuring compliance with NR/L2/OHS/019 and Network Rail operational standards. By integrating early-stage planning with onsite delivery requirements, PBH helped maintain programme certainty and minimise disruption to live rail operations.

Through proactive engagement with stakeholders, including EcoWorld London, Network Rail, and key delivery partners, PBH ensured that rail interfaces were planned, communicated, and executed safely and efficiently.
